What is using std::cpp?

The C++ conference using std::cpp is an industry oriented free event that has taken place since year 2013 at the Higher Polytechnic School in University Carlos III of Madrid. Every year this event gathers an important amount of C++ developers in Spain.

Goal

The main goal of using std::cpp is to serve as a meeting point for C++ developers and as exchange forum of ideas and experiences around the use of the C++ programming language, with special focus to latest versions of the language, as well as upcoming features.

Target audience

using std::cpp 2020 targets professional C++ developers who use C++ as application development language or for infrastructure software. It also targets students in last years of studies in science and engineering who are interested in the use of C++ as a programming language that may be used to develop complex computer systems with high performance and/or low latency.

The interest in using std::cpp is shown by the continued participation in it of almost 200 attendees in each of the six preceding editions. In those editions, around 80% of attendees were professional software developers. The rest were researchers and engineering students.
